The CEF has strongly focused on creation and sustainability of an enabling environment that stimulates staff growth, team work, and knowledge exchange among an increasing number of staff with special attention for growing and retaining talent. The staff meets regularly to share their experience and knowledge in supporting reform processes in the region, and we have recently launched a blog to share knowledge and experience internally and with partners about CEF’s role as a knowledge hub. One of the key areas of staff work includes design and implementation of a framework to measure and report on the results of learning and knowledge exchange initiatives, and feed the results back into design of new initiatives.
