The comics describes experience of the main character Marcel that attends the CEF workshop on Medium-term Budgeting. Comics focuses on CEF learning experience that challenges participants to “think outside the box,” comparing their practices with others, learning from them and sharing what they know. Our courses are participant-based and designed to maximize the interaction between lecturers and participants, and among participants themselves.

CEF learning facilitators use a wide range of learning methods and tools that take into account different learning styles and make the learning experience interactive, stimulating, and fun. We are striving to create a safe and positive learning environment and we want our facilities to also reflect our understanding of learning as not only demanding but also challenging, creative, future-proofed and fun. For this reason we recently redesigned our lobby.
