The workshop has been designed to bring together managers and team leaders in ministries of finance, line ministries, central banks, or other government agencies. All public officials who are in charge of managing are kindly invited to apply.

Iseult O’Doherty, Head of Training, Leader of Business Management Training and Executive Development Department, Carr Communications, Ireland
Iseult O’Doherty heads up the Training Department of one of Ireland’s most successful communications’ and training companies - Carr Communications. She designs and delivers a wide range of training courses and is an experienced workshop and business planning facilitator. She has run public consultation processes and authored the subsequent reports. Iseult has also researched and designed training solutions to address specific issues in a range of organisations. These include the design and implementation of performance management and feedback systems; management development programs; communicating reforms and managing change and the design of major sales training programs.
She has extensive experience of working with the public sector in Ireland including the Department of Finance, Department of the Taoiseach (Prime Minister), Revenue, Central Bank of Ireland, Department of Enterprise Jobs and Innovation, Legal Aid Board and many more.
Before joining Carr Communications, Iseult was an award-winning presenter and reporter for RTÉ (Ireland’s national radio and TV station) and presented the Would You Believe program. She edited ASTIR, the journal of the Association of Secondary Teachers Ireland, and wrote Stolen Childhood, an exploration of child sex abuse in Ireland. She also taught in Dublin’s inner city.
She is accredited with the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory, which is used to profile the emotional intelligence of clients in advance of career development work.
She is also credited to work with the Booth Company 360° Assessment.
Iseult is a member of CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
