Graduation ceremony for the third generation of Montenegrin students enrolled into Training of Internal Auditors in the Public Sector (TIAPS) was held in Podgorica on December 22. Altogether 24 successful students were awarded with Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA) certificates. 67 participants from all three generations of students were awarded with the On the job certificates. The program is financially supported by the German Government through Stability Pact Fund and by Slovene government through Slovenia’s Development Cooperation, while the Ministry of finance of Montenegro and CEF provided in-kind support.There are good prospects for continuation of the project and its localization in the country.

First generation of Montenegrin students that successfully concluded Public Accountants Certification Training (PACT) was awarded with international CIPFA certificates. Altogether 24 students received certificates. Nine tutors were engaged in the program. The program was delivered for the first time in Montenegro. The funding is already secured for the next generation that will start the program in 2017.
